Most Ghanaian food and manufacturing businesses we meet don't fail an FDA or GSA inspection because their product is unsafe. They fail because their documentation can't prove it's safe — no traceability records, no consistent hygiene logs, no corrective action trail.
The product might be excellent. But if an inspector can't see evidence of control, that's a finding.
